Dr. Ratnadeep Biswas has been appointed as the new civil surgeon of Habiganj. Yesterday, December 24 (Tuesday), the appointment was given in a letter signed by Shobhan Ransa, Senior Assistant Secretary of Health Services Department, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Dr. Ratnadeep Biswas is working as Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer of Baralekha in Moulvibazar Upazila. He is replacing the present Civil Surgeon of Habiganj, Dr. Mohammad Nurul Haque.
