A colorful and milestone chapter was written in the history of the country’s corporate and professional training sector through ‘Trainers Fest 2026’. On June 11 (Thursday), a grand convention of the country’s leading trainers, speakers, and facilitators was held at the elite Gulshan Club in the capital. Organized by ‘Quazi Consultants’, more than two hundred renowned professional personalities of the country participated in this festival.
The event was graced by the Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Ms Nurun Nahar, and the President of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), Mr. Ershad Ahmed, as the Guests of Honor. The event was presided over by the respected Chief Patron of Trainers Fest and the country’s legendary trainer, Mr. Quazi M. Ahmed.
In recognition of outstanding contributions to the training industry, 11 trainers were honored with awards in various categories through a rigorous evaluation process from nearly 170 skilled trainers across 13 batches who completed the ToT (Training of Trainers) from the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Highest Recognition in a Gala Event
The most prestigious and top accolade of this year’s festival—the ‘Hall of Fame Award’—was bestowed upon the country’s prominent Sales Leadership Trainer and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the corporate training and consulting firm ‘Future Icon’, Mr. Yousuf Efti.
Due to prior engagements, Mr. Yousuf Efti could not attend the ceremony in person. On his behalf, two key members of the ‘Future Icon’ team, Rawnok Jahan Nisa and Sazzad Badsha, received this prestigious honorary memento from the guests.
In an immediate reaction after achieving this glorious recognition, Mr. Yousuf Efti expressed his deep respect, thanks, and gratitude to the organizer of Trainers Fest, Quazi Consultants, and the main visionary of the event, Mr. Quazi M. Ahmed.
Mr. Yousuf Efit stated:
“This honor is one of the finest recognitions of my professional career. Such initiatives will greatly enrich our field of work and deeply inspire me to make even greater contributions to the corporate and skill development sectors in the future. Leaders from various forums and top-tier organizations attended the event at Gulshan Club, adding to the festive atmosphere. Apart from the pioneer of the country’s training arena, Quazi M. Ahmed, the event was attended by KM Hasan Ripon, Arifuzzaman, Don Samdany, Subhashish Bhowmick, along with other top-tier motivational speakers, corporate trainers, and academics of the country. On this occasion a new platform “Trainers and Facilitators Alliance (TFA) inaugurated for IFC TOT trainers. The grand event concluded with a gala dinner and a vibrant cultural program.
The organizing entity, Quazi Consultants, shared that this fest was organized to elevate Bangladeshi trainers and speakers to global standards and to institutionalize recognition for their contributions, a practice that will continue in the future
